Orders placed with At-Mar are shipped F.O.B. Kennett Square, PA and invoices are payable 1%, 10 days, Net 30 days from date of invoice. 

PRODUCT LIABILITY 
Most products sold by At-Mar are produced from Coming's Pyrex brand 7740 or Kimble's Kimax brand KG-33 or equivalent borosilicate glass unless otherwise stated in the catalog. We manufacture these products to traditional high industry
standards. 

At-Mar makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the suitability of any merchandise for any specific use and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of this merchandise nor for consequential damages. 

It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine suitability of the apparatus and competence of the user. All appropriate safety measures should be followed at all times.
