Professional-Grade Glass Condensers

Commonly used in labs to condense vapors during the distillation process, glass condensers are a necessary tool in research and experimentation. Glass condensers must be reliable and chemically resistant in order to attain the desired results during the distillation and extraction process.

At-Mar Glass has over 50 years of experience manufacturing and supplying high-end glass condensers for use in laboratories and research departments. All of our glass condensers go through rigorous testing to ensure safety and are constructed of borosilicate glass. Safety coatings are available to help reduce injuries and are also chemically resistant to prevent contamination during use.

We offer a wide range of configurations for our glass condensers, including:

  • Allihn Condensers
  • Cooling Condensers
  • Dewar Condensers
  • Double Cooling Condensers
  • Double Wall Condensers
  • Friedrich Condensers
  • Graham Condensers
  • Leibig Condensers
  • Micro Condensers
  • Reflux Coil Condensers
  • West Condensers

If your facility uses glass condensers and needs to secure high-quality glassware to perform experiments and research, contact the experts at At-Mar Glass. We also offer customizable glassware upon request.

Dewar Condensers

Dewar condensers are used in the process of cooling volatile liquids that have a high boiling point. Equipped with an ample opening at the top of the condenser to add coolants, our condensers are also constructed to resist incidents of thermal shock. Borosilicate glass construction enables the user to concentrate on the process, knowing that the condenser is built to withstand chemicals to reduce the chances of contamination.

Friedrich Condensers

Like other condensers, a Friedrich condenser also utilizes spiraled inner tubing to reduce spillage incidents and provide superior heat transfer capabilities. As with all of our condensers, borosilicate glass is used to maintain chemical resistance in even the harshest conditions.

Allihn Condensers

The Allihn condenser, also known as a bulb condenser, features multiple bulbs formed into the borosilicate glass to increase surface area. This assists vapor condensation and aids in the process of refluxing. Safety coating is available and reduces the chances for staff injuries, as well as providing a chemically resistant film to ensure contamination does not occur.
